We are a constellation of independent artists who see beauty and layers of meaning where others tend to see only hopelessness and decay.

We represent a part of culture that society tends to avoid or choose not to notice. It is free urban art: contemporary poetry, action art, street art, and DIY design.

We hold readings and lectures, stage street actions and performances, create art objects, and publish books without censorship. We run our own resto-bar and develop our own clothing brand.

We call ourselves Plague. Our art is an intrusion, our way of thinking is contagious, and we always come back.

Our logo features a rat — the most resilient urban animal, capable of abstract thought and burdened with a contradictory reputation.
