Liza Firtich (born November 3, 1996, Saint Petersburg) — poet, designer, and PhD candidate researching art. Her dissertation explores the interaction between digital design and contemporary poetic expression. She publishes pieces of research in various academic journals (search).
Autor and professeur of the course on motion design at St. Petersburg State University. She is the voice of the music project Firtich (formerly the voice of ZUGZWNG) and the chief designer of the poetic bar Glagol. She is the author of the first poetic lo‑fi streams, LOFI POEMS, and a resident of the Literary Salon project. Performing since 2016.
As a designer, she has collaborated with Helix, Megamarket, Wikium, and STS.
Daughter of the Soviet composer Georgy Firtich. She spent her childhood in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe city.
